Stephen Colbert asks Congressman Lynn Westmoreland (R-GA) a simple question: "What are the Ten Commandments?" Why is this such a hard question to answer? After all, Rep. Westmoreland has sponsored a bill requiring the House and Senate to display the Ten Commandments.
